According to The Sun, Newcastle United are having to fight against a mass exodus following the departure of Rafael Benitez.

Newcastle were unable to agree new terms with Benitez and announced his departure on Monday.

They could now face a fight to avoid their squad being decimated over the summer.

Martin Dubravka, Federico Fernandez, Fabian Schar, Isaac Hayden and Ayoze Perez all open to offers to leave Newcastle now, The Sun claims.

The likes of Hayden and Perez had been angling for moves, even when Benitez was in charge.

However, the news that Dubravka, Fernandez and Schar could all leave is sure to rock Newcastle fans.

Whether the Magpies would be open to selling all five of the players now considering their future remains to be seen.

But if Newcastle do begin sanctioning sales for some of their stars then the mood around St. James’ Park could be set to worsen even further.
