Newcastle United goalkeeper Matz Sels is reportedly on the radar of Fenerbahce in the summer transfer window.

Fenerbahce are interested in signing Matz Sels from Newcastle United in the summer transfer window, according to Haberturk, and the Premier League club should listen to their offer if they make one.
Sels has struggled to make an impact at Newcastle since his move from Belgian club Gent in the summer of 2016 for a transfer fee reported by The Chronicle to be worth £6.5 million.
The 26-year-old goalkeeper did not settle in the team during the 2016-17 campaign and spent the 2016-17 season on loan at Anderlecht.

With Newcastle having made the loan signing of Martin Dubravka from Sparta Prague permanent, they really have no need for Sels.

With Rob Elliot and Karl Darlow already in the squad, there is no space for another goalkeeper in Rafael Benitez’s squad, especially one who was out on loan last season.
If Fenerbahce are willing to talk and are open to making a permanent deal for Sels, then Newcastle should not hesitate.

Fenerbahce finished second in the Turkish Super Lig last season and will feature in the group stage of the Champions League during the 2018-19 campaign.
The chance to play in Europe’s premier club competition could be tempting for Sels, who earns £35,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com.
