Everton are current in a period of change, and Bill Kenwright’s departure from Goodison Park would be a shock.

According to the Daily Star, Farhad Moshiri wants to take full control of Everton.

At the moment Moshiri has a controlling share in Everton, but Bill Kenwright still has some power.

However, Moshiri is apparently set to make moves to take complete control of the club.

Moshiri wants to buy even more shares to give him a greater stake in the Toffees, and the Star suggest that could cause Kenwright to leave.

If Kenwright did depart Goodison Park, it would be a major change at the Merseyside club.

Everton have endured a difficult campaign over this past season, and are making major alterations to try and improve next time around.

Marcel Brands has already been appointed as director of football, while manager Sam Allardyce was sacked.

Everton are expected to appoint a new manager in the near future, with Marco Silva still the favourite.
