Thierry Small may snub the offer of a three-year contract at Everton and interest from Arsenal to sign for Leeds United this summer, the Express say.
Everton are keen to keep Small, who has been labelled as ‘fantastic’ by under-23 boss David Unsworth.
However, the youngster doesn’t currently see a pathway into their first-team, and that makes the possibility of him signing for Leeds a real one, according to the latest update.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side would be willing to offer Small far more first-team opportunities, despite his tender years.
Arsenal are also keen, but Mikel Arteta’s side don’t see him as an immediate starter in their senior side, which apparently makes the Whites’ offer more appealing to the player.
The teenager is considered a massively bright talent, which is why Everton want to keep hold of him.
But Leeds also see his potential and the Whites’ have shown a real eye for young talent of late.

Leeds have already snapped up the likes of Joe Gelhardt and Sam Greenwood, who are tipped to have bright futures at Elland Road.
And it seems that Small could be the next prospect who they target.
If Small does want a first-team place at Leeds then he will be in competition with the likes of Gjanni Alioski and Stuart Dallas for a place at left-back.
