Eddie Nketiah and Joe Willock are both set to start for Arsenal against Liverpool in the League Cup this evening, the London Evening Standard report.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is apparently set to name a much rotated side later, as the Gunners aim to progress to the quarter finals of the competition.
Arsenal’s first choice starting line-up were beaten 3-1 by Liverpool at the weekend, and it seems that Arteta now wants to give his young players the chance to show they can do better this evening.
Nketiah’s inclusion does not come as much of a surprise, as Arteta has been keen to give the youngster chances ever since he arrived at Arsenal.

Arteta has only spoken positively about Nketiah’s ability and described him as ‘fantastic’ just months ago (Football London).
Nketiah looks set to get plenty of opportunities to impress this term, but WIllock may be under more pressure to impress.
Willock was not even in Arsenal’s match day squad at the weekend, and with the Gunners potentially bringing in a central midfielder before deadline day he will surely want to give his manager a reminder of his quality this evening.
