Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham is set to commit his international to England.

According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham is ready to commit his international future to England – and the FA have asked the Blues for his medical reports.
Abraham, 21, smashed 26 goals in 40 games for Aston Villa last season, and with Chelsea unable to sign a new striker due to their transfer ban, he’s assumed the role as Frank Lampard’s leading striker.
The 6ft 3in forward has now smashed seven goals in seven Premier League games, impressing in Chelsea’s front line whilst putting himself forward for a potential international call-up.
Now, it’s claimed that the FA have asked Chelsea for Abraham’s medical records, which is a hint towards him being called up to the England squad for upcoming international games this month.
With that in mind, Abraham is ready to commit to England if the do call him up, with the intention of snubbing Nigeria once and for all having already picked up two caps for England in friendlies.

Having not made a competitive appearance for England, he would still be able to switch, but if he plays in EURO 2020 qualifiers against the Czech Republic and Bulgaria, he will be rejecting Nigeria.
With Harry Kane nailed down as England’s first-choice striker and Marcus Rashford and Callum Wilson in the mix too, Abraham will need to keep impressing to reach the EURO 2020 squad next summer, but may well have a big chance to impress Gareth Southgate this month.
