Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United and Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United all will miss out on the signing of Kim Min-jae, according to a report.
According to FootMercato, Manchester United, Newcastle United, Liverpool, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain all are interested in signing Kim Min-jae from Napoli in the summer transfer window.
However, it is Bayern Munich who are set to win the race for the signature of the defender, according to the report in the French news outlet.

FootMercato have claimed that Kim himself has decided to go to Bayern despite having interest from Liverpool and Newcastle among other clubs.
Kim Min-jae blow for Liverpool and Newcastle United
In our view, Kim Min-jae picking Bayern Munich over Liverpool and Newcastle United is a blow for the two Premier League clubs.
Now, we are not surprised at all that the 26-year-old has decided to move to Bayern from Napoli in the summer transfer window.

After all, Bayern are one of the biggest clubs in the world who regularly win he Bundesliga and compete for the UEFA Champions League.
Newcastle will play in the UEFA Champions League next season and will also aim to finish in the Premier League top four.
The Magpies could do with top-quality and established centre-backs such as Kim.
As for Liverpool, manager Jurgen Klopp could do with signing a top centre-back to make his defensive unit better.
Kim would have made Liverpool or Newcastle better.
The 26-year-old is rated very highly, with former Manchester United and South Korea star Park Ji-Sung telling TMW that he is “extraordinary”.
