West Ham United’s Reece Oxford could be on the move next month.

According to The Mirror, Arsenal are ready to rival Everton’s interest in West Ham United talent Reece Oxford during the January transfer window.
Oxford, 20, has come up through the ranks at West Ham, and hit the headlines on the opening day of the 2015-16 season with a superb showing against Arsenal on his Premier League debut.
The holding midfielder, who can also play as a centre back, was tipped to become a star with West Ham, but has really slipped off the radar of late.
Oxford spent last season on loan with German side Borussia Monchengladbach, before returning to West ham in the summer – and he hasn’t featured under Manuel Pellegrini this season.
Oxford may be on the move in January, and The Mirror now report that Arsenal are set to rival Everton for Oxford’s signature next month.
Everton have been keen to rescue Oxford from East London since the summer, potentially feeling that the can land themselves a calculated bargain given his huge, untapped potential.

Now though, Arsenal could look to lure him over to North London, adding depth in midfield as well as in defence, where the Gunners have suffered a host of injuries recently.
West Ham may not claim a huge fee for Oxford, but a move to a Premier League rival could be on the cards – and they would loathe to see him star elsewhere in the top flight.
