Everton are hoping that they will be able to make Arsenal forward Theo Walcott one of their latest summer acquisitions.
According to a report from the Daily Mirror, Everton are now plotting a move for Arsenal forward Theo Walcott that could be worth £30 million.
The Toffees have arguably been the team to watch this summer, with the Mirror reporting that they have already spent £100 million on the likes of Davy Klaassen, Jordan Pickford and Michael Keane – while Romelu Lukaku moved from Goodison Park to Manchester United as Wayne Rooney came the other way.

But the Mirror suggests that Ronald Koeman is still some way off being done, with a £45 million move being planned for Swansea talisman Gylfi Sigurdsson.
In addition to that, the Mirror adds that Koeman is determined to strengthen Everton’s forward line further. And while the Mirror suggests that Christian Benteke and Olivier Giroud have been targets – with the former seemingly remaining on their radar – it appears that Walcott is now very much a primary target for the Merseyside outfit.
The Mirror suggests that Everton are willing to pay the Gunners £30 million for the England international as Koeman looks for the kind of wide-man who can help fill the void Yannick Bolasie has left behind due to his long-term injury.
Walcott has endured an arguably mixed time at the Emirates. At 28, there are still doubts as to whether he has realised his full potential, with injuries and struggles to hold down a position in the side contributing to his record currently standing at 65 Premier League goals in 260 top flight games across 11 seasons.
But Koeman may perhaps be hoping that, if £30 million is enough to bring Walcott – who scored an impressive 19 times in all competitions last season – to Everton, the former Southampton man finds the kind of home that will allow him to enjoy the best years of his career.
