Everton and Tottenham Hotspur have been regularly linked with the Hull City winger, though Spurs have reportedly dropped out.

Everton remain interested in signing Jarrod Bowen, but Tottenham Hotspur have dropped out of the race, according to Football League World.
The Hull City winger netted 22 goals for the Championship side last season and is now linked with a big move away from the Tigers.
Everton and Tottenham have been linked with a deal for the 22-year-old regularly during 2019 so far and, according to Football League World, Bowen will ‘definitely’ be on the move this summer.
The report adds that the Toffees and Southampton continue to weigh up a bid, but a switch to North London is no longer ‘on the cards’.
Time for Everton to move?
If it’s just the Goodison Park club and Southampton then there’s no excuse if Marcel Brands tries and fails to get him.
Everton are a significantly bigger club than the Saints, with a more exciting project to offer young Bowen, and it just wouldn’t be a good look if they miss out.
With Tottenham out of the picture, Marco Silva’s side have a golden chance to sign the star and they must take advantage if they’re serious about him.
