Swansea City’s Gylfi Sigurdsson is reportedly wanted by Everton in the summer transfer window.
It has been reported that Everton have had two bids for the former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder turned down by Premier League rivals Swansea this summer.
The Toffees, though, are claimed to be confident that a deal can be struck with the Swans if they include Connolly.

Connolly is a talented and promising young defender who can operate as a right-back or as a left-back.
The 19-year-old has yet to establish himself in the Everton starting lineup, and the teenager would be a decent signing for Swansea.

The Swans could do with a player of Connolly’s age and potential, and with the £45m or so transfer fee they could get from Everton, they should be happy with the deal.
Sigurdsson is one of the best midfielders in the Premier League, and scored nine goals and provided 13 assists in 38 league matches for Swansea during the 2017-18 campaign.
