Everton, Newcastle United and West Bromwich Albion are reportedly in the race to sign Montpellier star Ryad Boudebouz.
According to French newspaper L’Equipe, Montpellier playmaker Ryad Boudebouz is wanted by Everton, Newcastle United and West Bromwich Albion.
Boudebouz, 26, was touted for a big future during his time with Sochaux, and after two years with Bastia between 2013 and 2015, he’s finally starting to fulfil his potential with Montpellier.

The Algerian playmaker hit two goals and 11 assists for the Ligue 1 side last season, and has built on that with a superb campaign so far this term, notching seven goals and two assists so far.
Much like former Montpellier stars Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa, Remy Cabella, Benjamin Stambouli and Olivier Giroud, Boudebouz is now attracting Premier League interest, according to reports in France.

French newspaper L’Equipe report that, whilst clubs like Fiorentina, Lazio and Villarreal are keen on Boudebouz, three English teams are also interested, with Everton, Newcastle United and West Bromwich Albion named as possible destinations.
Everton will be looking for another playmaker to compete with Ross Barkley, whilst West Brom may be keen to add another flair player to join the likes of Matt Phillips and Nacer Chadli at The Hawthorns.
Championship side Newcastle look to be a good bet for promotion to the Premier League, and the chance to work with Rafael Benitez could be appealing for the attacking midfielder.
However, any club moving for Boudebouz must factor in that he’s likely to be a part of the Algeria squad for the Africa Cup of Nations, meaning he could be unavailable until the beginning of February, which would be a concern for many managers.
