The Daily Mail has reported that Marco Silva does not see a future for Mo Besic at Everton.

The Bosnia and Herzegovina international has been on loan from Everton at Middlesbrough since January of 2018.

The Mirror [04-11-2018, p67] reported late last year that Boro were trying to turn the loan into a permanent transfer, though January passed without that materialising.

But it looks like Tony Pulis will get another chance to sign the 26-year-old on a long-term basis, as The Daily Mail says that the Toffees do not see a future for him at Goodison Park.

The report adds that Everton would accept bids of around £9 million for Besic – who joined the Merseyside club in 2014 – but that Boro would have competition from two Turkish sides.

Besic has been an ever-present figure for Pulis this season, making 32 Championship appearances, scoring twice and setting up five goals in total.

His last appearance for Everton came in 2017 during a Europa League win over Limassol, when Sam Allardyce was in charge.
