Everton are reportedly keen on signing Aaron Ramsey in 2019.

Everton may be seeing Idrissa Gueye and loanee Andre Gomes strike up a superb partnership in the heart of midfield, but they continue to be linked with new midfielders.
Gueye continues to be a mainstay even under new boss Marco Silva, whilst Barcelona loanee Gomes has become a key part of Silva’s midfield having initially arrived injured in August.
Watford’s Abdoulaye Doucoure and Lyon ace Tanguy Ndombele have both been touted this week, and The Mirror note that Everton still hold an interest in Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey.
The Welshman has been something of a contract rebel with the Gunners, refusing to sign a new deal until Arsenal ended up pulling any contract offer and decided to let him walk away for free next summer.
Ramsey will be free to join another club in 2019, and it’s claimed that Everton are ‘waiting’ to see what happens with Ramsey’s future before they make a firm move to land him.

Bayern Munich have been the main club linked with Ramsey so far, but even those links are going quiet, and we may get to 2019 with Everton being Ramsey’s most appealing offer on the table.
Everton are seemingly waiting to see whether Ramsey has a firm destination in mind or even signs a pre-contract agreement in January, but may just be positioning themselves as the top Premier League club in the race for his signature.
