The Italy under-19 international is said to be on Everton’s radar.

According to an exclusive report from Italian website Tutto Mercato Web, Everton want to sign young Entella play-maker Nicolo Zaniolo this summer.
The 17-year-old is very much one for the future, yet he has impressed during his seven Serie B appearances this season and the Toffees have allegedly seen enough to prepare an offer for the Italy under-19 international.
Zaniolo came through the ranks at Fiorentina. However he was allowed to leave for free in the summer of 2016 and he was quickly snapped up by Entella.
After impressing for the club’s second string, scoring nine goals in 22 appearances, he was promoted to the senior side and his versatility means he could be a big hit at Everton if he arrives and goes on to fulfil his potential.
Predominantly an attacking midfielder, Zaniolo can also operate as a central midfielder, a winger (on either flank) or as a secondary striker.

He is likely to find his best position as he gets older and time will tell if he does that at Goodison Park or in his homeland.
TMW claims that Everton are not the only club interested in the player, with German side Cologne also ready to bid after scouting Zaniolo this season.
Everton manager Ronald Koeman already has some very exciting young players at his disposal but he will know that the best clubs are always building for the future.
