Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is one of Europe’s best strikers but problems at Dortmund have given Everton hope of a remarkable swoop.

Everton have won both games since Sam Allardyce was announced as the club’s new manager with an aggregate score of 6-0 to boot. But Toffees fans will not be getting carried away.
Out of the EFL Cup, out of the Europa League and sitting tenth in the Premier League, Everton have a long way to go before they can even think about salvaging what had been a disastrous season until very recently.
But what better way to raise the optimism at Goodison Park than by signing one of the world’s most prolific centre-forwards in the January transfer window?

According to respected German newspaper Bild, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could be eyeing an escape route from Borussia Dortmund after falling out with a few members of the dressing room.
As reported by The Mail, the relationship between player and club because increasingly strained when Aubameyang was suspended late last month for ‘disciplinary issues’.
This is not the first time Aubameyang has been disciplined by the Bundesliga giants in recent times either.

Nonetheless, if you look past the red flags, there is no doubting that Aubameyang would be welcomed with open arms at Everton. According to Bild, the Merseysiders will watch him in action against Real Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday, alongside representatives from Chelsea, Milan and Liverpool.
Aubameyang has scored 104 goals in the last three seasons for Dortmund and has a further 17 in 19 across 2017/18.
