Everton are reportedly planning to keep Joe Williams and introduce him into the first-team during the summer.

Williams is on Bristol City’s radar this month, according to the Echo, after enjoying a very strong first-half of the campaign on loan at Bolton Wanderers, making 19 starts in the Championship.
But the Robins will have to look elsewhere, it seems. The Liverpool Echo reports that the Toffees have no intention of letting Williams head anywhere permanently this month.

It will be a huge boost for the 22-year-old that he appears to be heading towards the first-team at Goodison Park. Everton have signed some superb players lately, so the youngster would have been forgiven for wondering whether his future looked bleak on Merseyside.
But it appears that Silva has high hopes for Williams, with the club not only planning to reject any offers that come in for him this month, but also making plans that Williams will hope sees him end up in the first-team fold sooner rather than later.
