According to the Liverpool Echo, Everton are willing to listen to offers for Belgian international Kevin Mirallas only if interested clubs are willing to sign him on a permanent basis.
The news filtered out after Everton rejected a loan bid for the former Olympiakos man earlier in the day from West Ham, according to Sky Sports.

Kevin Mirallas had a difficult start to the season for Toffees, starting just two games (both in the Europa League qualifiers). After, being on the pitch for just 13 minutes in the first two games of the Premier League season, he was dropped from the squad in the third game against Chelsea due to his poor ‘attitude’.
Everton boss Ronald Koeman admitted to Liverpool Echo that he is not sure if the 28-year-old will stay beyond the window at Goodison.

Although more than capable of the occasional brilliance, his time in England has been littered with average performances which have tended to frustrate fans and managers alike.
Worryingly for the Belgian, only Olympiakos made an approach for him earlier in the window (as reported by the Liverpool Echo). West Ham are unlikely to come with a permanent offer given they have a similar player in Marko Arnautović.
It could turn out to be a long day for Kevin.
