Everton remain smitten on the Swansea City stalwart, it seems.

Sky Sports have reported that Everton are set to offer £15 million for Swansea City defender Ashley Williams.
The 31-year-old has been linked with Everton in recent days and the Toffees saw a £10 million bid rejected earlier this week, according to BBC Sport.
Everton boss Ronald Koeman might well need a centre-back signing in the coming weeks if John Stones completes his £50 million move to Manchester City.

And Sky Sports claims that the Dutch manager is willing to increase his initial bid by as much as 50% if it helps him sign the Wales captain.
Williams was one of the stars at Euro 2016 and has perhaps been one of the most underrated defenders in the Premier League for a while now.

But at 31, the window of opportunity to leave Swansea for a bigger club is slowly but surely closing and if it does not happen this summer then he may spend the rest of his best years with the South Wales outfit.
Everton host Tottenham on the first day of the season next Saturday and ideally Koeman will want his squad a bit closer to completion by then.
