Everton are said to be keen on signing the left-back from Barcelona this summer.
Everton have been linked with a £14 million move for Digne this summer, and he is reportedly aware that his chances of playing would be greatly improved by moving to Goodison Park.
Digne is in competition with Jordi Alba at left-back for Barcelona, and the Frenchman has seemingly conceded defeat in the race to start for Ernesto Valverde’s side.
That could boost Everton’s chances of landing the defender, who would surely walk into Marco Silva’s starting line-up.
Everton have a lack of options at left-back, with Leighton Baines currently their best choice.
Baines has proven a reliable defender over the years for Everton, but has started to show signs of age, and may need the competition of Digne to keep him sharp.
