Everton are reportedly in advanced talks to sign Yacine Brahimi from Porto.

According to Sky Sports, Everton have opened negotiations with Porto over the signature of their star winger Yacine Brahimi.
The Toffees have made four new signings this summer, bringing in Maarten Stekelenburg, Ashley Williams, Idrissa Gueye and Yannick Bolasie so far, but Farhad Moshiri’s investment means that Ronald Koeman still has money to spend.

Everton may yet need another goalkeeper, another central defender and another attacker, with a wide player or striker possibly needed to boost Koeman’s attack – and that appears to be what Koeman is looking for.
Sky Sports report that Everton have opened talks over a deal to sign Yacine Brahimi from Porto, with negotiations believed to be ‘progressing well’ right now.

Brahimi, 26, joined Porto from Granada having impressed with Algeria at the 2014 World Cup, and he has repaid the Portuguese with some superb displays over the last two years.
With 21 goals to his name in two seasons – including nine last term – Brahimi has proven his quality in Portugal, and his performances appear to have triggered major interest.
Everton are described as being ‘very interested’ in Brahimi, and their attempts to sign him are going well, even though a major problem could be on the horizon.

It’s stated that Brahimi wants a move to a Champions League club, meaning Everton may face a hard task persuading him to suspend those aspirations in order to make a big-money move to Goodison Park.
With Romelu Lukaku staying on Merseyside, a supply line of Brahimi, Ross Barkley and the aforementioned Bolasie could make Everton one of the most dangerous teams in the Premier League – but signing Brahimi may prove difficult, despite advanced talks with his club.
