According to the Liverpool Echo, Everton are still eyeing four more signings this summer, as Marco Silva’s side plan to get busy in the transfer market.

Everton have brought in Andre Gomes and Jonas Lossl so far, but they are just getting started.

Everton are thought to want a centre-back, striker, winger and a right-back before the market shuts next month.

It means that Everton could be in for a busy end to the window, with Marcel Brands almost certainly set to be busy over the next few weeks.

The Liverpool Echo claim that Kurt Zouma is a known target, but other than that links have been widespread, with Everton reportedly interested in a whole host of names.

If Everton do manage to complete their intended transfers then they may have a real shot at breaking into the top six.

The likes of Arsenal and Manchester United have suffered difficult transfer windows so far, while Chelsea are operating under a transfer embargo.

It means that there is definitely an opportunity presenting itself for Everton, after Silva’s side finished last season very strongly.
