Everton striker Romelu Lukaku has been heavily linked to a move away from Goodison Park, with Chelsea and Manchester United reportedly interested in his signature.

According to reports from The Daily Mail, Lukaku’s agent, Mino Raiola, is planning to take the striker away from Everton this summer.

Lukaku has enjoyed a phenomenal 2016/17 Premier League campaign for Everton, in which he has scored 24 league goals.

He has established himself as one of the best strikers in the Premier League, and as such, Everton won’t let him go for cheap.

The report suggests that Everton have placed a £100 million price tag on Lukaku, which, if the deal goes through, would eclipse Paul Pogba’s £89.3 million move to Manchester United from Juventus.

The Mail reports that Raiola pocketed a staggering £41.39 million for taking Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Manchester United last year. And here, the super-agent is likely to push for a wage of at least £200,000 a week for Lukaku.

The Belgian reportedly favours a move to his former club, Chelsea, this summer, but given Raiola’s close association with Manchester United, the Red Devils could eventually win the race for his signature.
