However, according to Turkish Football, they have been told by a source close to Bakalorz that Everton are set to make a bid in the coming months.
The Toffees want to make additions in midfield, and reportedly feel that Bakalorz would have the quality to make an impact on their first-team.
Bakalorz has made 24 appearances for Hannover this season, and has performed well in his job as a shield in front of their defence.
