Everton have reportedly joined Leicester City and Newcastle United in the race to sign Juventus ace Stefano Sturaro.

According to Italian media outlet Tuttosport, Everton have joined the race to sign Juventus ace Stefano Sturaro, with Marco Silva keen on bolstering his midfield options.
The Italy international joined Juve from Genoa in the summer of 2014, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £4.5 million, and he has since gone on to make 90 appearances for the Turin giants.

Sturaro is an orthodox midfielder by trade, and he possesses exceptional technical ability – something that Everton have lacked in their engine room over the past few years.
Tuttosport claims that the Toffees have joined Leicester, Newcastle and West Ham in the race to sign the 25-year-old, with Juventus expecting around €20 million (£17.5 million) for his signature.

Marco Silva has a lot of work to do at Goodison Park this summer, if he is to guide his side back into contention for the Europa League places.
The addition of Sturaro would be a fantastic way for Silva to begin his revolution on Merseyside, and it could turn out to be a signing of real significance for the Blues, if they do in fact win the race for his signature.
