According to Danish newspaper Ekstrabladet, Everton sent a scout to watch Nordsjaelland take on Brondby on Sunday afternoon, with striker Marcus Ingvartsen believed to be a target.
In a battle that saw second placed Brondby travel to face ninth placed Nordsjaelland, the home side took the lead through former Manchester City forward Godsway Donyoh.

However, Brondby showed why they’re in the title race as Jan Kliment, on loan from Stuttgart, struck late on to earn a point on the road.
Intriguingly, a host of scouts appeared to have been in attendance at Right to Dream Park, including those from Everton.

Danish newspaper Ekstrabladet report that AC Milan, Juventus, PSV Eindhoven, Nice, Werder Bremen, Everton and Club Brugge all had scouts watching the game, with one player believed to be the subject of their interest.
Striker Marcus Ingvartsen, 20, has hit five goals in 13 games for Nordsjaelland this season, as well as six goals in just three games for the Denmark Under-21 side.

That’s 11 goals in just 16 games to start the season, and Ingvartsen’s exploits in front of goal appear to have sparked interest in his signature.
It’s claimed that an Everton scout watched Ingvartsen in action, as the Toffees line up a potential striker target as cover for Romelu Lukaku.
