Everton have reportedly secured an agreement for Santiago Sosa.

According to Argentinian newspaper Ole, Everton have struck an agreement to sign River Plate midfielder Santiago Sosa for £13.3million.
The Toffees are expected to make a number of signings in the coming months, with Marcel Brands choosing to ignore the January transfer window to focus on this summer.
Midfield reinforcements may be needed, and Brands appears to have unearthed a potential gem in South America in River’s Sosa.
Argentinian newspaper Ole claim that Everton have agreed a deal for Sosa, paying the €15million (£13.3million) release clause in his contract.
Everton are now waiting on a work permit for Sosa, with the Toffees hoping for a similar ruling to when they signed Ramiro Funes Mori from River in 2015.

Sosa, 20, has remarkably only played four senior games for River so far, but now looks set to earn a swift Premier League move having been picked out by Brands.
Sosa will offer depth in midfield for Marco Silva, as well as a player with huge potential who could become a star at Goodison Park, if he’s granted permission to make the move.
