Everton are reportedly keen on Derby County midfielder Will Hughes.
According to The Sun, Everton are interested in signing Derby County midfielder Will Hughes, in a deal which would cost around £15million.
The Toffees beat Leicester City 2-0 on Monday afternoon to give manager Ronald Koeman a real boost, having lost 1-0 to city rivals Liverpool just a week earlier.
Despite the win, Everton still need reinforcements during the January transfer window, and central midfield may be a particular concern for the Goodison Park boss.

Gareth Barry is almost 36, Idrissa Gueye is heading to the Africa Cup of Nations with Senegal next month, and question marks remain over the long-term futures of Tom Cleverley and James McCarthy.
Now, The Sun report that Everton are lining up a move to sign Derby County midfielder Will Hughes, who has been linked with a host of Premier League clubs in recent years.

Hughes, 21, has racked up more than 150 appearances for the Rams since making his first-team debut in November 2011, when he was just 16.
The England Under-21 international missed the majority of last season with a major knee injury, but he’s now back to full fitness, and has chipped in with one goal and three assists in 20 Championship appearances this season.
The problem for Derby is that Hughes has rejected a new deal, and with just 18 months on his contract, Premier League clubs are bound to be interested – and Everton are believed to have joined the race for his signature ahead of the January transfer window.
It’s claimed that Hughes could cost around £15million, and Everton have registered an interest in signing the talented, left-footed playmaker to help boost Koeman’s midfield options, as well as giving the Toffees another promising young English player.
