Everton, who beat Manchester City 4-0 on Sunday, could inflict further damage on their north-west rivals by snapping up the 19-year-old.
Everton are preparing a formal offer for Manchester City defender Tosin Adarabioyo before this month’s transfer deadline, according to the Daily Mail.
Adarabioyo’s contract expires at the end of the campaign, but talks over an extension are said to have stalled.

And Everton, who beat City 4-0 on Sunday, are reportedly looking to take advantage of the situation by bidding for the England Under-19 international.
It is claimed that, despite the apparent impasse, both the Citizens and Adarabioyo are, however, keeping an open mind regarding the player’s future at the Etihad Stadium.
Everton have been linked with a string of centre-halves this month, with current options Phil Jagielka and Ashley Williams both in their thirties.
And given the Toffees have blooded a number of young stars this season – two of whom, Tom Davies and Ademola Lookman, scored in Sunday’s win – a move to Goodison Park would likely appeal to Adarabioyo, who has featured just four times for City to date.

Despite his contract situation, the 19-year-old would still command a fee were he to move clubs in the summer, provided City’s offer is of at least equal terms to his existing deal.
