Good signing for Premier League clubs?

Arias is a very good right-back who did well during his time at PSV in the Netherlands.

The 28-year-old Colombia international has not been a massive success at Atletico, but he has quality, and he would be a good signing for Everton, Newcastle or Wolves at the right price.
