Everton’s alleged offer comes despite claims that Crystal Palace have yet to accept a bid from the Toffees.

Everton have offered Wilfried Zaha more than £200,000 a week to join them from Crystal Palace, according to the Sun’s Neil Ashton.
And Ashton claims that Zaha has responded by handing in a transfer request at Selhurst Park, where he earns a weekly wage of £130,000.
Crystal Palace are said to have refused to buckle after a series of bids from Everton.
And the Eagles value the winger, who progressed through their academy system, at £120 million, according to Ashton.
But, he adds, have made it clear that their offer of £65m plus the striker, Cenk Tosun, and midfielder, James McCarthy, is as far as they will go.

It follows a failed £40m approach from Arsenal, who have since signed another winger, Nicolas Pepe, from Lille.
Gylfi Sigurdsson is Everton’s current record buy at close to £45m, according to Transfermarkt.
And smashing that for Zaha, who scored or made 20 goals in 34 Premier League games for Crystal Palace last season, would represent a real statement of intent as the Toffees try to chase down the top four.
