According to Fotospor, Everton have made an offer to Fatih Terim, after Marcel Brands held a meeting with the Galatasaray boss.
What’s the story?
Well, the Turkish news outlet claim that Terim could soon lose his job.
The elections for Galatasaray’s new President are on the horizon, and it’s believed that the 67-year-old will be sacked unless Burak Elmas wins.
As a result, some offers have come in for Terim.
One is from Lille, while the other is from Qatar.
However, Everton have also made an offer to Terim.
Fotospor write that Everton’s offer was even discussed on Persian-language TV channel Manoto, owned by Nazenin – the wife of Farhad Moshiri.
On the show, Manoto claimed that Moshiri had asked Everton’s Director of Football, Marcel Brands, to meet with Terim.

Now, an offer has been sent to the Turk.
What does Terim’s record look like?
For a start, Terim is something of a legend in Turkey.
As the Daily Sabah detailed, Netflix plan to make a documentary about the 67-year-old’s life.
In that article, Terim is described as the greatest manager in Turkish club football.
He is known as “Grande Terim” – the great Terim – by fans of Galatasaray, AC Milan and Fiorentina, who clearly hold him in high regard.
Throughout his career, Terim has won 428 of his 766 games as a manager.

Additionally, he has won 16 trophies, including the UEFA Cup in 2000 following a penalty shootout win over Arsenal.
He may not be Carlo Ancelotti, but his track record is absolutely incredible.
If he does end up at Goodison Park, it’ll be interesting to see how he adapts to English football, to say the least.
