Davy Klaassen has struggled at Everton since his move from Ajax last summer.

The 25-year-old joined Everton last summer from Ajax for a fee believed to be in the region of £25million, but he has failed to prove his worth on Merseyside after plummeting down the pecking order.
Indeed, Klaassen managed just three Premier League appearances in 2018, and only seven all season as he found the competition from the likes of Wayne Rooney, Idrissa Gueye and Tom Davies too much to handle.

The 16-time Holland international was almost loaned out in the January transfer window only for a last-minute hiccup, according to the Liverpool Echo. A move to Napoli was in the pipeline, but image rights saw a transfer fall through.
It seems as though the former Ajax captain remains firmly surplus to requirements at Goodison Park, though, with the club now reportedly offering him to Cenk Tosun’s former side Besiktas.

Anderson Talisca is said to be interesting a whole host of European giants ahead of the summer window and Besiktas need a playmaker to replace the uncapped Brazilian.
With Fanatik reporting that Everton have offered Besiktas Klaassen on loan, the Dutchman could look to rejuvenate his career in the SuperLig alongside the likes of Ryan Babel, Pepe and Ricardo Quaresma.
