Everton are interested in signing Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa from Fulham in the summer transfer window, according to The Mirror.

It has been reported that Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti wants to add ‘dynamism and steel’ to the midfield and has identified the Fulham star as a potential target.

The 25-year-old Cameroon international defensive midfielder will reportedly cost £25 million in transfer fees.

The Toffees are still in the running for the Champions League places this season, but there is a sense that they will miss out on the Premier League top four.

Ancelotti could do with a better squad if he is to guide the team to the top four next season, and Anguissa would be a decent signing.

Fulham are likely to get relegated to the Championship at the end of the season, and the Cottagers may find it hard to keep hold of the 25-year-old.

Described as a “world class talent” by Fulham Sporting Director Tony Khan on the club’s official website in August 2019, Anguissa has made 25 starts and seven substitute appearances in the Premier League this season.
