According to the Liverpool Echo, Everton fancy a move for Wolverhampton Wanders winger Pedro Neto.

It’s claimed that Neto has admirers at Everton, though it’s unclear whether Everton plan to make a move this summer.

Everton are searching for a left-footed wide man who can play on the right flank, and Neto fits the bill.

Wolves would surely stand firm on Neto and demand a massive fee for a player who excelled this past season with five goals and six assists for Wolves.

At just 21, Neto still has huge potential and Wolves won’t let him go cheaply; they would probably demand even more than the figure they sold Diogo Jota for last year.

The interest In Neto comes as Everton have held talks with his former Wolves boss Nuno about becoming their new manager.

The Toffees are seeking a new boss after losing Carlo Ancelotti to Real Madrid, and have started talks to bring Nuno in as his replacement.

Neto was one of Nuno’s favourite players at Wolves, with the Portuguese boss branding the winger ‘very, very important’ – and Everton’s interest may only intensify if Nuno comes in.
