According to SPORT, Everton are interested in signing Barcelona glovesman Neto, who has also been linked with a move to Arsenal.
The Spanish news outlet claim that the 31-year-old asked to leave in January, but Ronald Koeman didn’t want to lose his No.2 shot-stopper.
Now, SPORT write that Neto will definitely be leaving the Camp Nou this summer, barring any huge surprises.
Everton’s interest in the 1-cap Brazil international comes just days after Mundo Deportivo revealed he could end up at Arsenal.
Mundo Deportivo mentioned that the Gunners were keen to sign him in January, and could still end up bringing the South American to north London.
Neto has barely featured this season as he finds himself playing second fiddle to Marc-André ter Stegen.

He can’t have too many complaints, as the German is one of Europe’s best goalkeepers.
SPORT add that Barcelona are asking for €16 million (£13.8 million) from those interested in signing Neto.
That would see the Spanish giants make a fairly significant loss on their initial investment.

Barcelona paid €26 million (£22.4 million) to sign Neto from Valencia.
Keep an eye on the Brazilian’s future, as it seems his departure from the Camp Nou is all but guaranteed.
His destination, however, remains to be seen.
