Everton are said to be interested in snapping up Hirving Lozano, who has impressed with his performances for PSV.

Lozano has attracted the attentions of Everton through his performances for PSV Eindhoven.
The Mexican has been one of the most dangerous attacking outlets in Holland and there is an expectation that he will leave PSV sooner rather than later.
Everton are yet to make contact with PSV over Lozano according to the Liverpool Echo, but they are reliant on Brands working his magic, if the winger is to move to Merseyside.
Lozano is currently said to want to move to Spain over the Premier League.
But Everton are hopeful that Brands may be able to speak to Lozano and convince him that Everton would be the best club for him.

Brands and Lozano teamed up at PSV previously, and already have formed a good relationship.
Brands has already persuaded a number of new players to move to Everton, and if he did manage to get Lozano to sign up, it would arguably be the Toffees’ most exciting addition so far.
The Daily Star have suggested that PSV want £60 million for Lozano if they are to sell.
