Everton midfielder Mo Besic would reportedly be willing to consider another move to Middlesbrough.

Besic appeared to be edging towards the exit on Merseyside. After his 2016/17 season was largely plagued by injury, he made just two Premier League appearances for the Toffees this past season before joining Boro on loan in January.

The 25-year-old was extremely impressive during his time at the Riverside Stadium, making 15 appearances in the Championship to help Tony Pulis’ men reach the play-offs. He played both semi-final games as Aston Villa denied Boro a place at Wembley.

It is not clear whether the potential move would be a loan or permanent move, but with transfermarkt reporting that his contract at Everton runs until 2021, it would be little surprise if Boro preferred another loan deal as they look to get themselves out of the second tier.
Having said that, if Silva has no plans to use Besic next season, then perhaps Everton would be keen to negotiate a permanent sale to get him off the books for good, and that may perhaps give Boro a decent opportunity to discuss the kind of terms that would work in their favour.
