Cleverley has started five games under Everton manager Ronald Koeman.
Everton have made other clubs aware of Tom Cleverley’s availability, according to the Daily Mirror.
The Toffees beat Cleverley’s former loan side Aston Villa to sign the midfielder from Manchester United in 2015, but are said to be willing to listen to offers for him in January.
Cleverley has started five times under Ronald Koeman in all competitions, and could be one of the early victims of a run that has seen Everton record one win in their last ten fixtures.
At the start of that run, the Merseyside club were second in the Premier League, but have since dropped to eighth position, with fourth side Manchester City 10 points away.
The report does not state which clubs have been approached regarding Cleverley, although there is sure to be interest in the 27-year-old, who was part of Manchester United’s 2012-13 title-winning side and has 13 caps for England.
Cleverley has struggled for consistency since then, however, despite impressing for Aston Villa, and missed a large chunk of last season through injury.
