Everton reportedly want to sign Lucas Digne from Barcelona in the summer transfer window.

It has been reported that Everton’s offer is worth €25 million (£22.32m) up front with further payments in add-ons.
Barcelona are not looking to sell the 24-year-old France international left-back, according to the report, which also claims that the former Paris Saint-Germain defender is unsettled at Camp Nou due to lack of playing style.
Good signing for Everton?
Digne struggled to make a huge impact during his time at PSG, and the Frenchman has failed to dislodge Jordi Alba as the first-choice Barcelona left-back.

However, there is no doubt that the 24-year-old has a lot of potential and has quality, as he demonstrated during his time at French Lille and during his loan spell at AS Roma in 2015-16.
With Juventus and Bayern Munich also interested in Digne, as reported by The Mirror, it seems that the Toffees are determined to get the Barcelona left-back by making a move.
