Everton are proving to be very active in the January transfer window.

The Liverpool Echo have claimed Premier League side Everton have tabled a £1million-plus offer for Blackburn Rovers teenager Callum Wright, even though the midfielder is yet to make a senior appearance.
Wright, 17, has caught the eye with a number of exciting performances in Premier League 2 for Rovers, scoring three goals from midfield in nine outings this season.
The versatile teen, who is predominantly a central midfielder but can play on either flank and at right-back, left Everton when he was just 13 years of age to join Blackburn – but now the Toffees could admit their mistake and bring him back.
The report claims Everton are not the only Premier League side interested in Wright, though, with Tottenham Hotspur, Leicester City an Stoke City all said to be interested in landing Wright’s signature.
It is said that Everton are looking to bolster their attacking options at Under-23 level, and are known for their faith in youth following the appointment of Steve Walsh to director of football.

Finch Farm could be the best place for Wright to develop, with the likes of Tom Davies, Jonjoe Kenny and Beni Baningime all breaking into the first team from the academy product.
Mason Holgate, Ademola Lookman and Dom Calvert-Lewin have also been afforded first-team game time soon after signing with the Merseyside giants despite their tender age and that could tempt Wright to have another go at Everton.
