Everton could be set to have one of their busiest transfer windows in their history, according to a report in the Mail that states they are still looking to strengthen five positions in the side.
The Mail suggests that the club are looking to sign a goalkeeper, right back, centre back, midfielder and a forward – bringing the number of first team additions this summer to nine.

With owner Farhad Moshiri backing them with his fortune, the ambition of the club is clear after convincing Ronald Koeman to leave Southampton and helm Everton’s redevelopment.
And the Toffees have wasted no time in looking to revamp their squad for Koeman’s first season in charge, having already made four signings this summer in the purchase of Maarten Stekelenberg, Ashley Williams, Idrissa Gueye and Yannick Bolasie.

And now it looks as if the Dutchman will almost have a full eleven worth of new players at his disposal, should he be able to bring in the transfers he wishes before the end of the window.
Several central defenders have been linked since Everton agreed to sell John Stones to Manchester City, with Sunderland’s Lamina Kone very much on the radar, while Everton and City may continue to do business with England goalkeeper heading to Goodison Park (Mail).
Though Romelu Lukaku is now set to stay with the club, Koeman is still hoping to bring in another striker, while a back up to Seamus Coleman is also a necessity, after James McCarthy started at right wingback in the club’s two opening Premier League games.
