Everton boss Marco Silva is said to be keen on Nicolas Pepe, who is also been rumoured to be of interest to Liverpool.

According to the Telegraph, Everton are keen on making a staggering swoop for Nicolas Pepe from Lille, who has also been linked with Liverpool.

Everton are said to have expressed an interest in Pepe, who would cost £58.5 million to sign this summer.

Le 10 Sport have already claimed that Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp ‘loves’ Pepe and wants to sign him himself this summer, but Everton have now joined the race.

Whether the Toffees can complete the swoop remains to be seen, but if they did it would be their most exciting signing for years.

Pepe is lightening quick, has a keen eye for goal and can torment defenders with his dribbling ability.

Everton have made signing a winger one of their main priorities over the rest of the summer, and Pepe is arguably their most ambitious target.

Everton are also said to hold an interest in Bertrand Traore, Malcom and David Neres by the Telegraph, and they could all come at cheaper prices than Pepe would set them back.
