Sunderland could lose two of their promising young players in this summer transfer window, with several Premier League clubs showing keen interest.
According to reports from the Sunderland Echo, Everton are one of the clubs interested in signing Sunderland’s highly rated youngster, Joel Asoro.
Southampton, Liverpool and Arsenal all are linked with the move, with the Gunners thought to be in the pole position for his signature.

Asoro is a young forward, who joined the club in 2015, and made his first team debut last season.
The young Swede attacker became Sunderland’s youngster ever Premier League player to appear in the English top flight.

The Swede under-21 is highly rated, and the Black Cats were planning to integrate him into the first team squad next season.
However, he may not continue with Sunderland next season, with a host of Premier League clubs ready to pounce.
Arsenal are also interested in Sunderland’s other young talent, Benjamin Mbunga-Kimpioka. The Gunners are ready to offer £5 million for the pair.
Everton are only interested in Asoro, but the Toffees probably haven’t made a concrete move. It remains to be seem whether they come up with a firm offer for the young forward in the coming days before Arsenal snap him up.
