According to the Daily Mail, Everton are also interested in a move for Lyon winger Rachid Ghezzal.
The Blues are looking to build this summer as Ronald Koeman aims to create a side capable of challenging for the top six and beyond. It has so far been a frustrating transfer window for them, with just Maarten Stekelenburg and Idrissa Gueye arriving at Goodison Park.

However, their transfer business appears to have kicked into overdrive now that John Stones has completed a protracted move to Manchester City.
And according to the Daily Mail, one player they are eyeing a potential move for is Lyon winger Rachid Ghezzal.
It is believed that Koeman is looking to add more pace to his side this season after assessing his squad over pre-season.

They are not the only Premier League club keen on his services though as West Ham have also been credited with an interest.
A potential approach from Everton is likely to rest on their attempts to sign Yannick Bolasie, with Sky Sports reporting they are in negotiations over a £30 million move for the Crystal Palace star.
