Everton and Leicester City are reportedly interested in James Justin of Luton Town.

It has been reported that Everton have run the rule over the 21-year-old full-back, and so have their Premier League rivals Leicester City.
Despite being right-footed, the youngster played at left-back and provided nine assists this past season, according to the report.
According to The Liverpool Echo, Leicester are leading the race for the youngster, who is valued at £5 million.

Good signing for Everton?
It is also a risk and a gamble to bring a player from League One to the Premier League, and there will be concerns regarding Justin in terms of whether or not he can make the step up.
Justin, though, is hugely talented, and his performances for Luton in recent years have been very encouraging.
The full-back played a key role in Graeme Jones’s side clinching automatic promotion from League One to the Championship this past season.
