Everton are said to have had a bid turned down by Queens Park Rangers already.

Everton are looking increasingly likely to sign Queens Park Rangers winger Josh Bowler, according to Sky Sports.
Bowler is said to have been the subject of a £3 million bid from the Toffees last month, but QPR are keen to keep him at Loftus Road.
Get West London reported last week the R’s were ready to offer the 18-year-old a new contract in a last-ditch attempt to prevent his departure.

According to Sky Sports, however, their offer has since been turned down, leaving Bowler Everton-bound.
Bowler, who moved to QPR for free having been released by Fulham three years ago, is out of contract at the end of next season and selling him now would likely maximise the R’s profit.

Get West London reported the right-sided player could earn a significantly more lucrative wage at Everton. However, it is not only finances which are likely to appeal to Bowler, with the Toffees‘ recent development of young players making them an even more favourable option.
Mason Holgate, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Ademola Lookman have each had significant exposure to Ronald Koeman’s first team this past season, having been signed by Everton from Football League clubs.
