According to Turkish Football, Everton are in talks to sign reported West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur target Zeki Celik from French side Lille.
The Turkey international has been heavily linked with a move to England.
A report by Le10sport one month ago claimed West Ham and Spurs want him.

But now it appears the London duo are in danger of missing out on Celik to Everton.
The latest reports from Turkish Football claim the Toffees are frontrunners for his signature, opening talks over a £13.5 million move with Lille seeking £18 million.
Celik, 23, has established himself as one of the best right-backs in France.
Lille signed him for around £2 million on a five-year deal back in 2018, and he has gone on to make over 50 league starts for the club, posting one goal and seven assists.
West Ham have struggled at right-back all season. Pablo Zabaleta’s age weighed him down, while Ryan Fredericks endured an inconsistent campaign.
The Hammers must look at a new right-back this summer.
Tottenham have also had fullback troubles. After selling Kieran Trippier last year, his replacement Serge Aurier has experienced an up and down season for Spurs.
Everton, meanwhile, have had a consistent performer in Seamus Coleman at right-back. However, the Irishman turns 32 this coming October.
The Toffees may be looking at Celik as a long-term replacement.
