According to Le10 Sport, Everton are interested in signing Colin Dagba from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer transfer window.

The report in the French news outlet has claimed that Dagba will struggle for playing time at PSG next season and will be used as an understudy.

It has been claimed that Premier League club Everton have the 21-year-old right-back on their list of transfer targets.

Stats

Dagba has been on the books of French giants PSG since 2016 and has made a handful of appearances for the first team.

According to WhoScored, the France Under-21 international made seven starts and three substitute appearances in Ligue 1, and played 90 minutes in the Champions League for PSG this season.

During the 2018-19 campaign, the former Boulogne right-back made nine starts and eight substitute appearances in the league, and played nine minutes in the Champions League for PSG, according to WhoScored.

Good signing for Everton?

With Seamus Coleman now 31 years of age, Everton do need to find a long-term successor to the Republic of Ireland international, and Dagba would be a good signing at the right transfer fee.
