Everton boss Marco Silva has been very impressed by Kurt Zouma’s form since he joined on loan from Chelsea.

According to Liverpool Echo, Everton are now eager to make Kurt Zouma one of their first summer signings.

Everton have taken Zouma on loan from Chelsea, and Marco Silva has hinted that his side will look into the possibility of making the move permanent.

Zouma’s importance to Everton has been growing by the game, with the Frenchman seriously impressing during his first season at Goodison Park.

And Everton have now decided to make him one of their top priorities this summer.

Everton want Zouma to be one of the first new arrivals through the door, when the transfer window opens.

Their hopes of landing the centre-back rest on Chelsea though, as Maurizio Sarri’s side are in a complicated situation.

Chelsea could well be operating under a transfer ban for the next two seasons, which means that they are unable to sign players.

If that is the case then the Blues may well be reluctant to let Zouma go.

However, Everton could be hoping that Chelsea do have the freedom to make signings, as that would boost their own hopes of landing Zouma.
